Biography
Chad Yomogida is a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer with over 17 years of experience in successfully transitioning more than 20 products from R&D to production. As a core team member, he leads a multi-functional team driving collaboration between internal and international suppliers to ensure successful product launches. Concurrently, he identifies areas for improvement and effectively champions changes from stakeholder approval through implementation.
His recent key contribution includes designing and enhancing a production line by applying Lean Six Sigma and Toyota Production System principles. Chad holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and is on track to earn his PMP Certificate by May 2025.

A fact about me...
One of my favorite books is The Toyota Way. The principles covered in this book can be applied to work and home life. I could not help but to organize my kids toys using 5S principles.
